Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
We are committed to delivering your parcels as quickly as possible in the most efficient way. We strive to dispatch all orders placed before 1:55pm in the same business day once the full payment has cleared. Standard shipping is expected to arrive within 2-7 days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen external circumstances.
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your order and your location. During checkout, you will be able to see your associated shipping costs. Please contact us directly if you would like to make a bulk purchase for shipping details.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to easily monitor your shipment's progress.
Delivery Options
We offer a variety of delivery options to suit your needs. Your parcel may be sent through Australia Post or Couriers Please depending on location.
Free pick-up from our warehouse located in Marrickville can also be arranged with 2 days notice. Please contact us directly if you wish to pick up your order instead of delivery.
Can you send my parcel to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?
Our Couriers send your parcels straight to your door along with a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel's progress.
We do not accept Parcel Lockers or PO Box addresses.

Wholesale Pricing
Our website offers wholesale flat rate pricing to provide our partners with exceptional value and consistency. With our flat rate structure, you can confidently order the quantities you need without worrying about fluctuating costs. Bulk Purchasing
An order is considered a Bulk Purchase when it exceeds 5 cartons.
If you are located in Central Sydney or Greater Sydney and looking to make a bulk purchase order, additional delivery methods are available. Please contact us directly with your delivery postcode and estimated quantity if you would like to make a bulk purchase order.
Out of Stock Items and Back Ordering
We strive to always have stock readily available for our customers to purchase. However, items may occasionally sell out during peak periods. If an item is out of stock, you will see a notification on the product page. We highly recommend you to sign up to be notified when our stock has been replenished through the product page.
We offer backordering for select items. Please contact us to secure your products. We will hold these products aside for you and directly contact you once they have been replenished. You can cancel your backorder at any time before the item is shipped. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Public Holidays
We do not operate or dispatch orders during Sydney NSW Public Holidays. We recommend that you place your orders at least 2 weeks prior to ensure that they arrive on time during peak holiday season.
Custom Design, Printing and Production
Custom design, printing and production is available exclusively to bulk order(minimum 25 cartons). The average turn around time including design, production and shipment is approximately 8-10 weeks. Please contact us to make an inquiry and receive a quotation.
